1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been placed and delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement if applicable.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Natural Product Disclaimer

Tulsi Malas are made from natural Tulsi wood, so slight variations in bead color, size, or texture may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects.
